Ângela Figueira

Head of Real Estate

Ângela Figueira heads up our Real Estate division at NEWCO.

She has a master's degree in civil engineering with a wealth of experience in both public and private sector construction works. These ranged from Airport runway rehabilitation projects in Mozambique to commercial and residential property developments in Portugal.

Previously she worked at Grupo AFA, as Commercial Director, in the Real Estate Department. More recently, she accepted the challenge of leading NEWCO's real estate and relocation services area.

She has also qualifications in Luxury Real Estates Sales Management from ISEG, Lisbon School of Economics & Management and the Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment at the MIT School of Architecture and Planning.

Angela is also a Certified International Property Specialist, a designation awarded by the NAR - National Association of Realtors.

Margarida Monteiro

Real Estate Agent - Lisbon

Margarida holds a master's degree in International Relations and has more than 20 years of experience leading corporate marketing and communication, including working as the Marketing Director of Sotheby's International Realty Portugal. This role provided her with extensive knowledge of the sector, both internationally and within the country, as well as a wide network of contacts.

Based in Lisbon, Margarida is thrilled and honored to join Ângela Figueira at NEWCO Real Estate as its trusted agent in Lisbon. She is committed to maintaining NEWCO's high standards of service and helping investors and expatriates achieve success in their new lives in Portugal and Madeira.

With a General Management Program from AESE Business School and an enthusiasm for sustainability, circular economy, and innovation, Margarida expertly connects all the dots to make each client's experience with NEWCO highly rewarding.
