Madeira Golden Visa Rules

To get a Golden Visa in Madeira, there are various investment options listed below. Please note that:

  1. The funds for the investment must be transferred from abroad
  2. The investment activity must be maintained for at least 5 years as of the time the Golden Visa in Madeira has been granted
  3. The investor must not be a citizen of the EU or of a member state of the Schengen Area
  4. The investor must not have been convicted of any crime punishable in Portugal with more than 1 year of imprisonment nor be registered with the Portuguese or Schengen information system
